giving everyone an opportunity to get involved.

Currently these ministries have a need:

Transportation:
We need 6 bus/van drivers to pick up and drop off before and after services, specifically 2nd Service.  One time per month rotation.  CDL not required.  Contact: Sharon Farrell

Clothing Room:
Desperate need for men's jeans, School clothes (standard school attire), children's shoes.  Drop off at Welcome Desk (labeled for Clothing Room) or Benevolence Center.

Children's Ministry:
  • Attitude Village (2 & 3yo's) Rotating Team Leaders
  • Nursery Coordinator (coordinate volunteer assignments
  • Grace Track (5th & 6th gr) Team Leader/s
  • Covenant Cove (1st & 2nd gr) 2 teachers for July-Dec
Meals on Wheels:
We need meal deliverers.  Assignments can be weekly or monthly, takes about an hour around lunch time.  Contact: Ken Rice

Satellite Worship Services:
We need leaders and participants for services at Mabel Carter Nursing Home, Christian Care Villa and Madison Towers.  People are needed for "regular" positions and for "substitute" positions to cover when the regulars have to be absent.  Song leading, lesson giving and people greeting.  Contact: Ray Pippin

Christian Women's Job Corps:
Meets on Monday and Thursday evenings.  Needs include child care personnel, GED tutors (curriculum provided).  Contact Dawn Ferguson

Mexico Mission Effort:
Collecting school supplies and cash donations to cover the cost of providing 2500 Bibles.  Contact: Larry Thomas, Sr. or Kathy Wells

Ukraine Mission Effort:
$20,000 to cover the costs of providing building materials and other supplies needed for the work in Donetsk.  Contact:  Eric Bright
